School Social Worker - Full-Time 2024-25 School Year

We are excited to announce an opening for a full-time School Social Worker for the 2024-25 school year. This position is based in Naperville, IL and involves supporting students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) across two elementary schools.

The pay range for this position is $48/hour - $55/hour, based on qualifications and experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Student Assessments: Conduct evaluations to determine student needs and develop actionable plans.

• Advocacy: Serve as a bridge between students, schools, and community resources to ensure their rights and needs are met.

• Positive School Environment: Cultivate a welcoming and supportive climate for all students.

• Collaboration: Partner with teachers and school staff to identify and assist at-risk students.

• Record Management: Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of student progress and interventions.

• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Master’s (MSW) or Doctoral degree in Social Work.

• Valid Illinois PEL with a Social Work endorsement.

• Previous experience in a K-12 setting is preferred.
