Description We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Senior DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join the Enterprise Technology leadership team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in establishing a Technology Center of Excellence. You'll be defining best practices, standardizing processes, and driving alignment across technical teams. You'll lead efforts to design and implement a world-class cloud infrastructure, oversee modern CI/CD pipelines, and foster a culture of automation, reliability, and scalability. This position offers the opportunity to work with leading-edge technologies, enable continuous delivery, and partner closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure high performance, security, and availability. Knowledge of AI/ML integration in DevOps workflows is a strong plus. This is an in-office position in West Hollywood, CA. Key Responsibilities: + Develop and implement the organization's DevOps strategy, aligning technical priorities with business goals. + Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for seamless integration, testing, and deployment. + Lead adoption of modern infrastructure solutions, including containerization, orchestration, and serverless computing. + Establish and enforce best practices for Infrastructure as Code (IaC), configuration management, and monitoring. + Partner with development, operations, security, and QA teams to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable systems. + Monitor system performance and uptime, and manage incidents with thorough root-cause analysis. + Ensure compliance with security, governance, and industry standards throughout the DevOps lifecycle. + Drive continuous improvement through performance tuning, automation, and process optimization. + Research, evaluate, and implement emerging tools and technologies to strengthen DevOps capabilities. Requirements Minimum Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred. + Extensive hands on experience in CI/CD and platforms, such as Jenkins, GitLab, and GitHub Actions + Conterization and orchestration tools with docker and Kubernetes + Cloud with Azure, AWS, OR GCP (they use GCP) + Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools, such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible. + Familiarity with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog. + Strong understanding of microservices architecture, serverless computing, and distributed systems.
