We are actively seeking a seasoned, self-starter with a strong work ethic who can support and elevate Peloton's Anaplan Practice using effective channel marketing, campaigns, social media, customer communications, conferences and events. This position will serve as a critical liaison between our Anaplan practice and our Marketing team, requiring leadership and vision to develop, manage, and implement a multi-channel customer engagement and communications strategy.
Specific responsibilities include: 1. Channel Communications
- Create regular direct communications to our channel sales organization to share win stories, go-live stories, organizational updates and other digital assets.
- Initiate the development of content and work collaboratively with internally team members to further develop and refine the messaging for distribution to channel sales organization.
- Meet regularly with Channel marketing organization for collaborative planning
- Support activities to renew Peloton Badge certifications with Channel partner
2. Marketing Campaigns
- Create integrated nurture and account-based marketing programs and campaigns to help build pipeline
- Execution of marketing campaigns - Create emails, schedule multi-touch account-based campaigns, maintain mailing lists, and run performance reports
3. Conferences and Events
- Assist in planning and coordination of large conferences and regional events from logistics, promotion, and internal preparation cadence leading up the event
- Assist in planning, promotion and execution of webinars
4. Social Media
- Partner with Peloton Corporation Marketing to maintain and expand website presence for the channel, including landing pages for campaigns and webinars
- Partner with Peloton Corporate Marketing on the development of presence on social media platforms, including LinkedIn and media news wires
- Assist in Brand Development including social media and website content
5. Customer Communications
- Establish and Manage Client Appreciation program - Gifts, events - in-person & virtual, referrals, and more
Manage customer satisfaction survey process and disseminate feedback
6. Sales Collateral
- Help build and maintain a repository of sales collateral for primary industry verticals and business functions (“use cases”).
- Help with variations of Intro decks used for channel meetings and customer facing engagements by thinking through the content relevant to the audience.
- Develop a case study at the completion of each client implementation that can be shared on social media and distributed to the channel
- Maintain repository of client logos (Nascar slide)
- Track any marketing permissible use restrictions and confirm adherence
7. Special projects as needed
Required Experience and Skills: - Bachelor's degree, in Marketing or Communications
- Strong writing and storytelling skills
- 5+ years prior Marketing experience in fast paced environment preferably in an agency, consulting or software organization
- Understanding of go to market strategies with alliance partners
- Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Fluent in Salesforce
- Strong writing and presentation skills including ability to write high quality executive level communications
- Eager to learn new skills and technologies
- Adaptable, flexible and open to new ideas
- Dynamic individual who easily connects and collaborates with the broader organization
- Self-motivated, highly organized, detail oriented, and passionate to work in a fast paced, highly entrepreneurial environment
Additional Desired Skills: - Understanding of Anaplan customer persona and go to market experience
- Alliance and Partner marketing experience
- Hands-on experience with leading CRM and Marketing Automation tools, preferably with Salesforce and Oracle Eloqua
- Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Premier, and InDesign a plus
