What we’re looking for : 

We would welcome a full stack developer, with an emphasis on back end skills: Data modeling and migrations. Security and performance. Simple readable code backed by testing. Build features and refine systems to take on new challenges at scale.

The ideal candidate must:

• Care about good code.
• Have 3+ years of professional Laravel experience.
• Be able to model and query data efficiently in a relational database.
• Have experience contributing to a git repo.
• Enjoy pair-programming with other opinionated devs.
• Have basic project management skills.

Your typical day will include 80% of your time focusing on your work, and 20% of your time meeting with the team and other stakeholders. You will participate in daily standups as well as regular planning and retrospective sessions.

We will provide a Macbook and get you set up on Github, Tuple, and Slack. We will also set up PhpStorm and Laravel IDEA for development, and help you get our app running locally via Laravel Herd.

• Your typical workday should overlap with eastern time for at least five hours. 
• Expect to work independently at times, and in close collaboration at others.
• Be prepared to spend time communicating with stakeholders and other developers around the details of PRs and tickets.

The role would be fully remote, with competitive pay and excellent benefits, and high impact: Work closely with the company founders to help shape a rapidly growing business.

Compensation & Benefits :

• 120,000-150,000 USD annually, depending on experience
• Fully remote
• 3 weeks paid time off
