The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Lightning and will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions.

Salesforce Lightning Path

Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Salesforce Lightning implementations.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and solutions.
• Provide expertise in Salesforce Lightning to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and identify trends and patterns.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project objectives.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure that solutions are implemented according to specifications.
• Perform user acceptance testing to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and are free of defects.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions to ensure they meet business objectives. - Continuously seek opportunities to improve business processes and systems.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong background in Salesforce Lightning with hands-on experience in implementation and customization.
• Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address business challenges.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Show proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret and present data insights.
• Have experience in documenting business processes and requirements in a clear and concise manner.
• Display the ability to conduct user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Be adept at providing training and support to end-users for successful solution adoption.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve business processes.
• Demonstrate the ability to work in a hybrid work model and manage time effectively during day shifts.
• Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Possess a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying and addressing business needs.
• Have a minimum of 8 years and a maximum of 12 years of relevant experience in business analysis.
