Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Senior Software Engineer - (JAVA & HADOOP) Title: Senior Software Engineer - JAVA & Hadoop Job Type: Fulltime /Contract on W2. Duration: 12+ Months Locations: Iselin, New Jersey( Hybrid 3 days onsite/ 2 days remote) As a Senior Software Engineer, you will: * Work within Scrum-based system development methodologies to build complex applications. * Leverage your deep understanding of technology, tools, and existing designs to develop robust solutions. * Analyze highly complex business requirements and translate them into detailed functional system designs. * Serve as a high-level individual contributor and lead development projects, collaborating with technology partners, Principal Engineers, and architects. * Provide post-production support and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise. * Develop comprehensive documentation including departmental procedures, training materials, and user guides. * Ensure that quality, security, business continuity, and compliance requirements are met and documented. The ideal candidate will have : * Strong skills in Java (Java 8 and above) and Spring Boot * Experience in API based development, Microservices, Kafka, MongoDB * Experience in Hadoop Ecosystem and Big Data Technologies -Spark, Kafka, Sqoop, Flume, and other big data tools. * Strong skills in Java, Python, and SQL. * Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and experience with tools like Apache Hive and Impala. * Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, and Couchbase. * Experience with cloud services like AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
