About Us: We are a growing dealership located in Englewood we are looking for additional Service Description of the role: Welcome to Quality Chevrolet GMC's Service Consultant position in Englewood, NJ. We are looking for a passionate individual to join our team and provide top-notch customer service and support in our service department. Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with vehicle service inquiries and scheduling appointments
• Provide knowledgeable advice on service options and recommendations
• Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure timely completion of work
• Handle customer concerns and issues with professionalism and empathy

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of automotive service processes and terminology
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the car dealership
• Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs
• Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the service process
• Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers
• Report to the Service Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses

Requirements:

• Enthusiasm and high energy throughout the service workday
• Friendly, competitive personality, especially when handling objections & negotiating pricing
• Strong customer service, communication skills, computer and basic math skills
• Interest in training additional service associates once you get up to speed and working in a team environment
• Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
