A day on press

Join us in Minneapolis, MN 55428 and run production where precision meets pace. On our second shift, you’ll work four 10-hour days, Monday–Thursday, 2:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m., guiding jobs from setup through final pull while keeping quality, safety, and efficiency front and center.

The equipment

You’ll operate and care for KBA 105 and 106 sheetfed offset presses—6- and 7-color, 40"—and related large format printing equipment.

How you’ll contribute

• Prepare, set up, operate, and fine-tune lithographic sheetfed presses for scheduled production.
• Continuously monitor registration, color, and consistency to deliver high-caliber printed materials.
• Dial in ink and water balance to lock in optimal print quality across runs.
• Execute routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with production teammates to meet schedules, quotas, and quality targets.
• Keep your press, tools, and surrounding area orderly and audit-ready.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies without compromise.

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; formal printing/press training is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience running litho presses or in a comparable pressroom role.
• Solid grasp of printing processes, press mechanics, and consumables.
• Sharp attention to detail and a methodical approach to solving problems.
• Comfort working independently and collaboratively in a production setting.
• Clear communication skills and a positive, team-first mindset.
• Flexibility for overtime when production demands it.
