Overview /Objective

The NFL Live Content Correspondents (LCC) Program is seeking an experienced associate to support their day-to-day production operations. The LCC Program is a worldwide network of social media videographers and photographers responsible for capturing content at NFL games, tentpole events, and other special projects across the NFL social ecosystem (in direct partnership with counterparts at all 32 NFL Clubs). This position will be focused on logistical and operational functions ensuring the capture and real-time distribution of all LCC generated content. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, everchanging content production environment that incudes shifting priorities and the need to remain calm under pressure. Organizational skills and a strong knowledge of pre- and post-production workflows will be invaluable.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support for 100+ LCCs in the weekly capture and delivery of gameday and event content across the NFL social ecosystem.
  • Lead daily communication with LCCs to ensure a seamless production workflow from start to finish.
  • Consistently and reliably communicate information to key stakeholders across internal and external entities in fulfilling LCC production requests.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on LCC production at tentpole events (e.g. Super Bowl, Combine, Draft, Pro Bowl, etc.).
  • Support annual staffing of LCC contributors across all relevant markets.
  • Drive innovation in content production by staying up to date with industry standards and best practices.
  • Lead logistical, creative, and technical components of on-site content production.
  • Serve in an LCC capacity to capture content on occasion.

Required Qualifications

  • 4-year degree.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and high level of resourcefulness.
  • Thorough understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.
  • Advanced understanding of all Microsoft Office programs such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong working knowledge of the production environment, including both pre and post.
  • Experience shooting photo and/or video content professionally.
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends during NFL gamedays or during League events (e.g. Combine, Draft).
  • Must be able to work holidays depending on NFL game schedule (including but not limited to Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day).
  • Thorough knowledge of the National Football League, associated events, and storylines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • BS or BA in content/film/production related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years in the production space, preferably with a background in social media responsible for content / production, but open to backgrounds in broadcast, television, or theatrical.
  • Strong knowledge of social, digital, and broadcast television content production dynamics and working knowledge of the equipment and technologies therein.
  • Experience with communication platform Slack.
