Job Description

Job Title: Social Media Fellow

Location: Remote

Department: Marketing

Who We Are:

Atelier Society is a VC-backed, female-founded fashion tech startup out of Yale University that revolutionizes how apparel fits upon delivery. We are a bespoke tailoring service for retailers to offer consumers tailoring before delivery for e-commerce and in-person through our integrated widget and body scanning technology. With a click of a button, you can discover how your apparel fits before purchase and resolve those fit problems before delivery – its bespoke apparel delivered to your door in a matter of days. We address the multibillion-dollar apparel return crisis for retailers (~40% of all apparel purchased is returned and 25% of all returned apparel is thrown away) by ensuring that when apparel is delivered to customers' doors, it fits like a glove.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Intern who will assist in growing our online presence. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced marketers, gain hands-on experience in the fashion tech industry, and contribute to building an engaged community. This position is unpaid.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on the performance of social media campaigns. Analyze engagement data to understand trends and audience preferences.

  • Community Engagement: Help build relationships with followers, brand advocates, and influencers by interacting authentically across social media channels.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency and support product launches and events.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn etc).
  • Creative thinker with strong writing and editing skills.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • A passion for staying ahead of social media trends and emerging platforms.

Why Intern with us?

  • Hands-on Experience: Work on real-world projects and campaigns that will enhance your resume.
  • Innovative Environment: Be a part of a forward-thinking fashion tech company that values creativity and innovation.
