Job Description
We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Social Media Manager / Content Creator Intern to join our team and help us elevate our online presence! This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation within the exciting real estate industry. This is an IN PERSON role, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
Responsibilities:
• Content Creation: Develop engaging and visually appealing content (photos, videos, graphics, written posts) for various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube). This will include office highlights, agent spotlights, market updates, behind-the-scenes, and community features.
• Social Media Management: Schedule, publish, and monitor posts across all social media channels. Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Strategy & Planning: Assist in developing and implementing social media content calendars and strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and suggest new ways to connect with our audience.
• Analytics & Reporting: Help track social media performance metrics and contribute to reports on content effectiveness.
• Collaborate: Work closely with our agents and marketing team to brainstorm new content ideas and ensure brand consistency.
• Community Engagement: Identify opportunities for online community engagement and partnership building.
Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their respective best practices.
• Proven ability to create engaging and high-quality visual content (portfolio or examples highly encouraged!).
• Proficiency with photo and video editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
