Sr Administrative Assistant (Law and Contracts) Location Phoenix, AZ (Central City area) :

Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversity

Use your administrative and organizational skills to provide general administrative support to Honeywell executives, including, VP & General Counsels and other leaders within law and contracts function supporting Honeywell Aerospace. You will work closely with the leaders and enjoy a lot of interaction with internal employees and external customers. Contribute on a team of highly committed professionals where your skills ensure smooth travel planning, calendar coordination, complex meeting planning and other administrative business processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle information requests, manage calendars, prepare correspondence, and receive visitors
  • Generate, edit, and organize documentation, reports, newsletters, and presentations utilizing word processing, spreadsheet and database applications
  • Provide administrative support for transactions and due diligence procedures
  • Plan/organize events such as meetings and business luncheons
  • Organize and arrange complex travel (domestic and international)
  • Process expense reports and invoices
  • Manage office supplies and other indirect purchases
  • Understand and follow company policies and procedures

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5+ years of administrative assistant experience
  • High School Diploma

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Prolonged periods sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

  • Prior administrative assistant experience supporting senior leaders
  • Associate degree preferred
