Job Title: Staff Accountant (QuickBooks Experience Required) - Remote

What You'll Do:
Maintain and update financial records with precision using QuickBooks.
Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial documents.
Prepare and maintain financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practices.
Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, document management, and filing.
Work closely with the team to resolve discrepancies and maintain financial accuracy.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in bookkeeping and QuickBooks.

What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a bookkeeper, staff accountant, or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, including managing the Chart of Accounts, creating journal entries, and generating reports.
Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial statements.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
High level of ethics and integrity to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
