️ Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the lead project manager on a wide variety of surveying assignments, from boundary and topographic surveys to route and pipeline surveys.
Oversee all aspects of project execution - from initial scope and planning to budgeting, scheduling, and client delivery .
Ensure that all work complies with state and local survey regulations , industry standards, and client specifications.
Foster strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing clients, serving as a trusted consultant and project leader .
Mentor and lead internal survey teams, supporting their professional growth while maintaining the highest level of performance and quality control.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, CAD technicians, field crews, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget .
Leverage your technical knowledge to troubleshoot challenges , anticipate client needs, and provide strategic solutions.
✅ What We're Looking For:
Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) in Texas - REQUIRED.
12+ years of survey project management experience , ideally with exposure to civil engineering, oil & gas, or infrastructure sectors.
Strong command of Carlson, AutoCAD , and other survey software.
Extensive knowledge of Texas land survey regulations , pipeline survey methods, and right-of-way practices.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate teams and engage clients.
Experience managing multiple complex projects and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
