Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed talent mapping projects across different sectors to identify high-performing individuals and potential candidates.
Utilize various research methodologies and tools to gather data on talent pools, market trends, and competitor analysis.
Collaborate with clients to understand their organizational structure and talent requirements.
Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and provide strategic recommendations.
Maintain an up-to-date database of potential candidates and existing talent in various industries.
Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals to stay informed about market movements and opportunities.
Support the recruitment team by providing insights and recommendations on candidate sourcing strategies.
Proven experience in talent mapping, recruitment research, or a similar role within executive search or recruitment agencies.
Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
Familiarity with various research tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
An understanding of industry trends and market dynamics is a plus.
