Job Description

We are currently looking to fill a Technical Order Writer / CSR position with a Tulsa glass company.

This is a full time, long term position offering great benefits:

Hours : 8a-5p

• Drawing custom glass work orders in CAD software.
• Serve as the client's primary point of contact.
• Manage incoming phone calls and customer inquiries.
• Work with customers to fulfill their glass needs.
• Quote and schedule service appointments.

Requirements:

• Strong phone skills.
• Strong Technical Order writing ability.
• Ability to read drawings.
• Effective in-person communication skills.
• Obtain product knowledge and assist customers with purchasing decisions.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Customer-focused with ability to manage and respond effectively to varying personalities.
• Experience with CAD or similar software highly preferred.
