Job Title: Testing Lead/Release Management Analyst

Job Location: Jefferson City, MO 65109 (Remote with max 25% Onsite work)

Duration: 3 Years Contract with possibility to extension

Job Description:

• 5+ years' experience coordinating testing efforts and planning/managing both DDI & M&O release efforts.
• 5+ years' experience software testing and release management. This includes familiarity with testing tools, methodologies, and best practices as well as experience with release management processes and tools.
• 5+ years' experience in project management capabilities, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor testing and release activities effectively. This includes risk management, resource allocation and timeline management.
• 5+ years' experience in communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including state agencies, healthcare providers, and other vendors involved in the Medicaid program.

• Testing Coordination
  • Coordination of UAT efforts across all releases.
  • No more than 5% missing coordination tasks monthly.
• Test Planning
  • Maintain up-to-date test plans and schedules.
  • Plans updated within 2 business days of changes
• Traceability
  • Maintain test requirement traceability documentation.
  • Complete accurate traceability maintained.
• Documentation
  • Maintain federally required documentation.
  • No critical omissions or compliance issues.

Depending upon the agency preference, either State owned Microsoft ADO or JIRA shall be used to record, track and resolve issues, bugs and defects.
