Our community is looking for a Staffing and Training Coordinator   to join our team.

This is a full time position shared between Discovery Commons Brookfield and our sister community Discovery Commons North Shore. Ability to commute to both communities regularly will be required.

Responsibilities:

• Posts positions and reviews applications for new hires
• Phone screen and setup of interviews
• Coordinate and attend interviews with supervisors
• Gathers pre-hire paperwork and performs onboarding
• Schedule training and follow up with new associates
• Ensures associate compliance with CBRF training regulations for certifications
• Preferred - has or is willing to obtain CBRF train the trainer certification in Fire Safety and First Aid and Choking

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Associates degree preferred.
• One to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
