About the Role:

Are you highly organized, resourceful, and passionate about the travel industry? We're looking for a  Travel Logistics Manager to join our growing team and help manage the entire logistical process for our clients' trips. This remote, commission-based position allows you to work from anywhere with a reliable WiFi connection while earning commissions on every trip you coordinate.

As a Travel Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all logistical aspects of a trip, ensuring everything from booking flights to arranging accommodations and transportation is seamless and organized. You will work directly with clients, vendors, and travel service providers to ensure an exceptional experience every time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Travel Logistics : Manage all aspects of a client’s trip, including booking flights, arranging accommodations, and organizing transportation (e.g., airport transfers, car rentals, etc.).
  • Customer Communication : Maintain clear communication with clients to understand their preferences, provide recommendations, and ensure their needs are met throughout the planning process.
  • Vendor Relations : Work with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel service providers to secure the best deals and ensure timely bookings.
  • Itinerary Creation : Develop customized travel itineraries that include detailed schedules for flights, accommodations, ground transportation, activities, and any other necessary logistics.
  • Problem-Solving : Handle any travel-related issues that arise during the trip, including rebooking flights, finding alternative accommodations, and resolving transportation challenges.
  • Payment and Billing : Coordinate payment processing, ensuring all bookings are confirmed and paid for, and manage commission structures based on bookings made.
  • Follow-Up : After trips are completed, gather feedback from clients to improve future travel experiences and to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Age Requirement : Must be 18 years or older.
  • Reliable WiFi : Must have access to a stable internet connection to coordinate bookings and maintain communication with clients and vendors.
  • Experience : Previous experience in travel coordination, event planning, or logistics is a plus but not required. Training will be provided.
  • Customer-Centric : Strong focus on providing outstanding customer service, anticipating client needs, and exceeding expectations.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented : Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Self-Motivated : As a commission-based position, the role requires a high degree of initiative and motivation to succeed.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and build relationships with vendors and clients.

Compensation:

  • Commission-Based Earnings : This position is commission-driven, offering you the potential to earn based on the number of trips you successfully coordinate. The more trips you manage, the more you earn.
  • Flexible Hours : As a remote position, you have the flexibility to manage your own schedule as long as deadlines are met and clients are satisfied.
