Job Description

The Traveling EVS Manager is responsible for developing and executing housekeeping solutions to meet customer needs. Carries out housekeeping duties in overnight-stay locations in accordance with facility standards of cleanliness and appearance.

This position is based in Fort Myers, FL and would be traveling to different accounts in the Fort Myers market. 

Job Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance with appropriate infection prevention, safety, OSHA, Joint Commission and regulatory standards.
• Determine the needs of the clients' operation and ensures that the appropriate Aramark resources are engaged.
• Mentor employees by creating a shared understanding about what needs to be achieved and how it is to be achieved.
• Reward and recognize employees.
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards in operation are compliant with Aramark and client's regulations.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 to 2 years of experience in Healthcare or Senior Living
• Requires at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a management role
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills 
• Ability to maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships
• Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark's standard service model
• Ability to maintain an effective working relationship with other departments to a unified food service experience for all customers
• Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lb.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
