Title: Light Industrial Construction Traveling Project Manager

Location: Live anywhere in the United States and travel for a reputable contractor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial construction projects, from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex construction projects, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

* Manage the entire lifecycle of light industrial projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
* Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources.
* Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful project delivery.
* Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
* Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders, ensuring effective and timely communication.
* Manage subcontractor contracts and ensure their compliance with project requirements.
* Implement and enforce project safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
* Conduct project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Project Experience:

Food processing and cold storage facilities ground up from inception to completion
