About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will play a key part in driving sales and financing strategies to enhance the value of home sites, increase occupancy, and boost revenue. This position involves extensive travel, with overnight stays exceeding 80% of the time.

What You'll Do

Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate interest, establish community relationships, and maintain high occupancy levels.
Conduct market research to understand demographics, competition, and customer needs while following up on sales leads and referrals.
Create and execute plans to effectively market communities to potential residents.
Partner with Community Managers to facilitate the sale of new and pre-owned homes.
Prepare and distribute advertising materials to increase community visibility.
Implement sales strategies to support home sales and drive growth.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, vendor communications, and financial transactions for future sales opportunities.
Assist Community Managers with general office responsibilities as needed.
Help prepare homes for sale, including cleaning and minor repairs.
Take on additional tasks as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Experience: 2-3 years in sales (property management experience is a plus).
Education: High school diploma or GED.
Skills: Exceptional customer service, strong communication, and solid organizational abilities.
Independence: Ability to work independently, with great attention to detail and strong follow-through.
Flexibility: Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced team environment.
Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
Mobility: Valid driver's license with the ability to travel extensively.
