Job Responsibilities for a Truck Mechanic/ Diesel Mechanic

Work schedule: Monday – Friday

The position will involve, but not be limited to, the following:

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on class 6 to class 8 heavy-duty trucks
• Excellent troubleshooting capabilities within all heavy-duty truck and trailer systems componentry. For example: hydraulics, engines, electrical, drive train, suspension, HVAC, braking systems, etc.
• Proactively maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Work independently, as well as part of a team

We are looking for candidates who have at least 5 years of experience, have their own tools, are self-motivated and detail oriented, possess strong problem-solving skills with the ability to learn new skills quickly, and a desire for career advancement.
