What You'll Do :

  • Transform user insights into compelling designs Analyze user data and feedback to create intuitive experiences.
  • Bring ideas to life Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
  • Enhance visual communication Optimize PowerPoint presentations for clarity, impact, and consistency.
  • Design engaging newsletters Create visually appealing templates that align with brand guidelines and optimize user engagement.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders Work closely with product teams to refine designs and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Maintain a strong design system Develop a cohesive visual language that enhances the overall user experience.
  • Improve usability Conduct usability testing, analyze results, and iterate on designs based on real user feedback.
  • Work alongside developers Ensure smooth implementation of interactive components and refined UI elements.

What We're Looking For :

  • 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile designs.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Experience in building and maintaining design systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance creativity with functionality.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a dynamic team environment.
  • Ability to conduct user research to understand behaviors, pain points, and needs.
  • Comfortable working on multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-impact setting.
