Job Description

Description + Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff to meet operational needs. + Oversee inventory management, including cycle counts, audits, and stock accuracy. + Ensure timely receipt, storage, and distribution of products. + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA and company standards. + Develop and implement operational policies to improve efficiency and reduce costs. + Manage warehouse equipment and coordinate necessary repairs or maintenance. + Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams to meet fulfillment deadlines. + Monitor KPIs (e.g., order accuracy, productivity, shipping times) and provide regular reports to leadership. Requirements + Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager, Supervisor, or similar leadership role. + Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management systems. + Proficiency with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite. + Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. + Ability to train, coach, and develop a high-performing team. + Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety practices. + Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask. + Physical ability to occasionally lift/move products (up to 50 lbs) and work in warehouse conditions. + Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
