The position was created to support the ever-increasing needs of the Warehouse and Distribution department. The candidate will be asked to perform an array of functions that include accepting and processing incoming stock and materials, managing, organizing in our systems stock in the warehouse. The role requires a sharp-witted and multitasking person that will be able to increase the efficiency of the department and answer to work-related issues. Primary goal is to ensure the smooth function of all warehouse activities.

Liaising with manufacturers, distributors/forwarders, agents,
Accountable for monitoring and maintaining records of company equipment onboard vessels for customs compliance.
Logistics, warehouse accounting or similar field of expertise.
Working experience as warehouse accountant will qualify you on top of the other applicants.
Working knowledge and experience with customs procedures would be considered as a valued skill
Clear and effective oral and written communication skills in English language
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office required
Experience of working with SAP system is to be considered as extra skills
Additional working knowledge of foreign languages, (e.g. Italian, German, French etc.) are to be considered as extra skills
Minimum 3-5 years working experience in similar positions
