Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and board-certified (or board-eligible) Cardiologist to join a well-established medical group serving the Finger Lakes region of New York. The position is primarily non-invasive cardiology with responsibilities that include diagnosing and treating cardiovascular diseases in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide non-invasive cardiology services, including consultations, diagnostics, and treatment for adult patients.
  
• Perform a variety of procedures, including Echo, Nuclear Stress Tests, TEE, and Cardioversion.
  
• Collaborate with a team of cardiologists to ensure comprehensive care.
  
• Manage inpatient rounds at both Geneva and Penn Yan hospitals, with the opportunity to impact a diverse patient population.
  
• Participate in call rotation (1 in 9, with a 30-mile call radius).
  
• Review and interpret cardiology diagnostic tests and imaging results.
  
• Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to other healthcare professionals.
  
• Occasionally travel between hospital locations and other related sites as needed.
  

Work Schedule:

• Full-time, 4.5 days per week (Monday to Friday).
  
• Typical work hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
  
• On-call responsibilities are 1 in 9, with a call radius of 30 miles.
  

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Cardiovascular Disease.
  
• Current PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
  
• Experience with Echo, Nuclear, TEE, and Cardioversion procedures preferred.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  
• Willingness to occasionally travel between hospital locations.
