bd's Mongolian Grill is a fun place to eat and work. We want you to enjoy your job, and we will do all that we can to provide a fun and energetic atmosphere

As a bd’s Host/Hostess you are the first and last contact for our guests. You greet them, make them comfortable, and show them to their table. Applying your personality to have FUN and guide the guest through a bd’s experience. You will do whatever it takes to create Mongo Magic so that each and every guest leaves happy.

Minimum Wages are subject to State/Federal wage laws. The wage range is considerate of experience brought to the position.

Requirements

Communicate in a positive manner
Bring a professional and well-groomed appearance to the job
Become familiar with the Host Stand
Greeting and seating our guests with a smile
Be able to Page/Cal a guest
Do Restroom checks regularly
Correctly answering phones with enthusiasm
Learn the bd’s culture, and menu pricing and locational directions
Interact with guests
Have a proper knowledge of how to use the wait sheet to quote proper wait times.
Learn bd's Carryout procedures
Handle Call Ahead Seating
Know how to properly set a table
be a Team player
