As we scale, we’re looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and enhance our people operations and help us build a best-in-class workplace. The HR Manager will be responsible for transforming and driving HR strategies and initiatives that support our growth, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure compliance across the organization. This role will partner with leadership across departments—including operations, sales, and supply chain—to support recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development.   • Salary range (depending on skillset) is $125k-$150k plus bonus and full benefits!
Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Lead full cycle recruiting for salaried and hourly roles. Build strong pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and ensure seamless onboarding experience.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Performance & Development: Implement and support performance review cycles, coaching initiatives, and career development programs.
  • HR Policy & Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and legal standards.
  • Culture & Engagement: Drive culture initiatives and employee engagement programs aligned with company values. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
  • HR Operations: Implement new HRIS system; and manage benefits administration, compensation planning, HRIS updates, reporting, and audits.
  • Leadership Support: Provide guidance to department heads on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession strategies.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred)
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a CPG or manufacturing/distribution environment
  • Solid knowledge of labor law, HR best practices, and workforce regulations
  • Experience supporting hourly and salaried employees in production, warehouse, and corporate settings
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a people-first, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Rippling, ADP, Paycom, BambooHR) a plus
