Are you a seasoned Financial Analyst ready to make a significant impact in the healthcare sector? LaSalle Network is thrilled to partner with one of the leading hospitals in Chicago. We are seeking an experienced Hybrid Senior Financial Analyst to join their dynamic finance team.

As a Hybrid Senior Financial Analyst , you will play a critical role as a business partner to both the finance and clinical teams. Your expertise will help shape the hospital's financial strategies, influencing decisions at all levels.

Hybrid Senior Financial Analyst Responsibilities:

Lead the preparation of comprehensive budgets and forecasts to support strategic planning
Monitor, analyze and interpret financial reports to provide actionable insights
Conduct in-depth monthly and quarterly variance analysis and ad hoc reporting
Drive high-impact process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Provide mentorship to junior analysts, fostering continuous learning and development

Hybrid Senior Financial Analyst Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, HFMA) is preferred
5+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst, with a strong track record of success in a senior role, preferably in the healthcare industry
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and deliver results
Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams
