Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in navigating the loan origination process from start to finish.
Analyze and evaluate loan applications, conducting thorough underwriting assessments.
Provide expert guidance on various loan options, ensuring clients are informed every step of the way.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations throughout the lending process.
Utilize our comprehensive technology and marketing materials to enhance client experiences and streamline operations.

Qualifications:
Strong understanding of underwriting processes and standards.
Previous experience in loan origination and mortgage lending.
Proficiency in assessing and analyzing loan applications.
Solid grasp of loan products and finance concepts.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in all tasks.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Must possess or be eligible for a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) State License in Florida and/or Ohio.
