About the Role:

• We are seeking an experienced Product Owner (PO) familiar with SAFe Agile practices to drive the development of business-critical solutions.
• The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that the product vision is clearly defined, prioritized, and delivered to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the Product Owner in a SAFe Agile environment, collaborating with business stakeholders, Scrum Masters, Dev, and QA teams.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria that are clear, concise, and testable.
• Prioritize features, enhancements, and backlog items based on business value, dependencies, and feedback from stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with development and QA teams during the sprint lifecycle, ensuring clarity and feasibility of stories.
• Participate in PI (Program Increment) Planning, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure understanding of product goals and delivery expectations.
• Monitor progress, provide updates to stakeholders, and ensure that delivered features meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Continuously evaluate product performance and recommend improvements to maximize business value.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner in SAFe Agile frameworks.
• Strong experience in collecting business requirements, writing user stories, and defining acceptance criteria.
• Experience in feature prioritization and backlog management.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with Dev, QA, and stakeholders.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum ceremonies and best practices.
• Ability to analyze complex business problems and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Rally, or similar).

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification.
• Experience in [Industry-specific domain, e.g., finance, healthcare, IT, etc.].
• Exposure to digital transformation or enterprise software solutions.
