Opportunity: You’ll be at the forefront of healthcare innovation, helping connect providers and patients through solutions that make quality care more accessible. As our Salesforce Administrator , you’ll play a critical role in building the digital backbone of Alan Health’s customer experience and care operations. You’ll own the end-to-end management of our Salesforce environment, ensuring that Sales Cloud and Service Cloud are optimized for peak performance.
This isn’t a routine admin role—it’s a high-impact opportunity to shape operational workflows, enhance team productivity, and drive innovation through smart automation and AI-powered tools. This is a remote, full-time, exempt position reporting to the Head of Customer Experience. While the position has Texas listed as a location, we are open to candidates based anywhere in the US, as long as they can work predominantly Eastern or Central time. Occasional weekend availability (Saturday or Sunday) may be required to support critical launches or deployments. Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 annually.
We have a market-based compensation structure. The salary for this position may vary based on a candidate's experience, location, industry expertise, and technical skills.
