This is a great opportunity for mechanically inclined individuals or recent trade school graduates. No prior welding experience is needed — just a solid work ethic and a willingness to learn. What You'll Do:
Weld studs onto parts according to job requirements
Read blueprints and follow verbal/written instructions
Inspect finished work to meet quality standards
Use hand tools and measuring devices like tape measures
Maintain your work area and equipment
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Work as part of a collaborative production team
What You'll Need to Succeed:
Must be at least 18 years old
High School Diploma or GED preferred, not required
No welding experience needed - we'll train you
Comfortable using hand tools and reading a tape measure
Strong attention to detail and quality
Dependable and team-oriented
Willingness to learn and grow with the company
Physical Requirements:
Able to stand, walk, and move for extended periods
Lift up to 50 pounds
Use of hands and arms for handling tools and parts
Vision abilities: close, distance, color, and depth perception
