ADA Accessibility Web Forms Tester (2 openings)
Location: Atlanta, GA
Work arrangement: Hybrid; onsite reporting as directed

Tester #2: ~Dec 1, 2025 Apr 30, 2026 (4 hrs/day, 5 months)
Local to Metro Atlanta; onsite attendance as required
US Citizen or Green Card Permanent Resident
Tax Clearance Letter due at submission; must be compliant with Georgia tax obligations
Background check and fingerprinting required; no felony convictions or overdue/unpaid taxes
This role tests interactive web and PDF forms for accessibility, documents defects against WCAG 2.1/2.2 A/AA, and provides actionable remediation recommendations while validating that business logic and user flows remain intact after fixes.
Key responsibilitiesReview and test web forms across major browsers/devices for WCAG 2.1/2.2 A/AA conformance
Test with assistive tech: NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, and Adobe Acrobat for PDF form accessibility
Check keyboard navigation, focus order, labels and instructions, ARIA usage, color contrast, error handling, and validation messaging
Create detailed defect reports referencing specific WCAG success criteria, severity, user impact, and recommended fixes
Evaluate code for form accessibility issues (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ARIA) and verify semantic structure and name/role/value
Retest to validate remediations and confirm no regressions in form business logic or data flows
Collaborate with the Taxpayer Services Division to integrate accessibility into form design and change processes
Stay current with ADA, Section 508, EN 301 549, WCAG 2.1/2.2, and best practices
2+ years testing or advising on accessibility for forms/documents aligned to ADA, Section 508, and WCAG
Proficiency with accessibility tools: Axe, WAVE, Lighthouse, ANDI, and Color Contrast Analyzer
Hands-on screen reader testing and keyboard-only navigation testing
Familiarity with WCAG success criteria for forms, including 1.3.1, 3.3.1 3.3.4, and 4.1.2
Ability to produce clear, reproducible defect documentation and communicate technical findings
IAAP Web Accessibility Specialist (WAS); IAAP CPACC a plus
Knowledge of legal accessibility requirements: ADA, Section 508, EN 301 549
